Tony Tiernan

Tony is a leading expert in brand strategy for professional services organizations. He is adept at helping complex organizations with multiple service offerings to communicate the meaning that unites them and the value that they promise. He has particular expertise in helping independent-minded professionals find themselves in the organization’s brand story.

Tony is the founder and President of Authentic Identity Inc, which helps professional services firms build strong, differentiated brands with which to attract and keep the right clients and the right talent.

Before founding Authentic Identity in 2002, Tony was Global Director of Marketing with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), the biggest and most respected strategy consulting firm in the world. He was previously Vice President of Global Marketing with CSC Index (the consulting firm that launched the Business Reengineering concept and fueled the consulting boom during the 1990s).

During his 30-year international career, Tony has been group director of a UK-based publishing, research and communications business and an award-winning business journalist.
